Satisfied Customer from Some where, California
At first this company really went up and beyond for me. Then slowly the service declined. Recently this last package was sent to the wrong address, supposed to be received Friday. FedEx being one of the parcel services they use has since then lost the package. I was told it would be rerouted but I needed them Saturday. When calling FedEx to have them send it to the correct place I was told the shipper would have to. After speaking with Kara via email she said a new label was made and it would be sent to the address on the package... Why couldn't they call FedEx to make sure the package was rerouted appropriately? I'm not sure but now I'm late on orders that were supposed to go out this week and out the money I spent of the labels.
