Golden Ticket Information
How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, it takes 5-10 days to receive your personalized order.
Here is our order process for customized products:
(1) You place your order online or by phone using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal (checks accepted thru Paypal).
(2) We design and email you a preview, if requested, of your order within 3 business days. Please note, we do not work Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you choose to mail a check or money order, your preview will be sent after payment is received.
(3) You approve the order by replying to the email preview. You are welcome to make changes to the design at this time. If you request another preview to be emailed to you, there is a $1 charge for each additional preview after the initial preview. If you don't need another preview, the corrections are made and your order is shipped.
(4) After you approve your preview, your order will be shipped within 4 business days (wrappers only ship same or next day) by Priority Mail (3-4 days shipping time). Fedex 2 day and Overnight shipping available. Please note: During the hot summer months, June 1st - September 30th, we ship candy bars on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only unless Fedex Express Overnight shipping is requested. Fedex Saturday Delivery is available for an addition $20 to most areas.
Orders needed within 5 business days require the rush order charge, $10, in addition to the Fedex 1 or 2 day Shipping Charges. Your order will become our priority and your order will ship asap.If you need your order fast, please call us 1-800-291-8934 and we will be able to rush your order, possibly shipping same or next day.
Can I get a proof of my order e-mailed to me?
YES! You have the option to have a free preview proof emailed to you. Your first e-mailed preview is FREE. You can make any changes to your order after you receive the first preview. If you request another preview to be emailed to you, there is a $1 charge for each additional preview after the initial preview. If no additional preview is required, your order will be processed and shipped after the changes are made.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax for any candy items. We only charge sales tax if your non-candy order is being shipped to an address in Washington State.
Can I get a quote for my order?
Yes. The best way to get a quote is by placing any items into your shopping cart. It will give you an exact cost for your items. You can also get a shipping quote by entering your shipping zip code and choosing your shipping method. Then you can print the shopping cart page for a written quote. We do not require registration or any personal information to get a price quote or shipping quote online.

What kind of paper and printing do you use?
We use premium glossy bright white paper for all candy wrappers. Our printers are Professional Konica Minolta Laser Graphics Printers for excellent quality glossy wrappers that will last!
Are the candy bars included with my wrapper order?
FOIL WRAPPED Hershey's candy bars can be ordered from us or save money and order the wrappers only.
Miniature Hershey's bars are an assortment silver and gold foil wrapped bars; Hershey's Milk Chocolate (silver foil), Mr. Goodbar (silver foil), Krackle (silver foil), and Hershey's Dark (gold). Silver Foil only and Gold Foil only available for a premium charge.
Are Hershey's candy bars Kosher? What are the ingredients?
Hershey's 1.55 oz Milk Chocolate candy bars are OU-D Kosher
Hershey's Assorted Miniature Candy Bars are OU-D Kosher
HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars, HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Mildly Sweet Chocolate Bars, KRACKEL Chocolate Bars and MR. GOODBAR Chocolate Bars.
Are Hershey's candy bars produced in a peanut free facility?
The 1.55 oz standard size HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bar does not currently have any peanut ingredients, nor does it carry an AIS statement. The 1.55 oz Milk Chocolate Hershey's bar is made in a plant that does not process peanuts and is produced on a dedicated line that does not manufacture any tree nut items. The HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolates and HERSHEY'S KISSES SPECIAL DARK Chocolates also do not have any peanut ingredients, nor do they carry an AIS Statement. HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolates are also produced in a plant that does not process peanuts and produced on dedicated chocolate Kiss lines that do not manufacture any tree nut items.
Hershey's asserts that their Milk and Special Dark varieties of Kisses as well as their 1.55 oz Milk Chocolate bars are made in peanut-free facilities on tree nut-free lines.
We do carry Assorted Miniature Hershey's Chocolate bars that do contain peanuts. They are a mixture of Milk Chocolate Bars, Dark Chocolate Bars, Mr. Goodbar and Krackle. We also carry Hershey's Gold Peanuts and Pretzel bar which does contain peanuts.
How do I adhere the wrapper around the candy bar?
The best way to secure the wrapper is using double sided tape or mounting squares. Click here to see how to foil wrap your candy bars. Excellent wrapping instructions with photos are also included with every order.
Are the wrappers cut?
YES! All of our wrappers are cut and ready to wrap when you receive them. No extra charge for cut wrappers! Just grab your double sided tape and happy wrapping!
How do I store my candy bars?
Ideally, chocolate should be stored in a slightly cool and dry place. The perfect environment would be 55-70 degrees Fahrenheit, have low humidity (less than 50 percent), be out of direct sunlight, away from any other foods or substances with strong odors that could be absorbed by the chocolate.
While refrigerated chocolate is certainly safe, we don't recommend it. Chocolate kept in the refrigerator may "sweat" when brought to room temperature. Frequent exposure to high temperatures can cause the cocoa butter in chocolate to rise to the surface, creating bloom, an unpleasant cloudy gray color. This just means that the cocoa butter has separated. While it doesn't look pretty, the chocolate is still perfectly fine.
Golden Ticket Information
What kind of paper are the tickets printed on?
The small golden tickets are double sided golden sparkly thick cardstock. The ticket will lay flat against the candy bar.
The large golden tickets are double sided golden sparkly heavy weight paper. The ticket will wrap around the candy bar.
Both sizes are the same shade of shimmery gold color.
Are the candy bars included with my golden ticket order?
The candy bars are not included in the cost of the golden tickets. You will add the golden tickets and candy bars to your cart separately.
Will the golden tickets be inserted in my bars?
If you order candy bars also, we can handle the golden tickets in 1 of 3 ways:
1. Package them separately from the bars so you can insert them.
2. Insert them in the candy bars and package those bars separately so you know which ones have golden tickets.
3. Insert them in the candy bars and randomly mix them with the other bars so you don't know which ones have tickets.
Please note: Candy bars are not included in the golden tickets price. Please add candy bars to your order separately.
Can you print in color on the tickets?
Because the tickets are golden we prefer to print in black only. It looks the best and like the original Wonka Golden Ticket.
What size golden tickets do you offer?
We offer 2 sizes of golden tickets:
Small - 2 inch x 4.25 inch
Large - 2.75 inch x 5.5 inch
Can I order 1 golden ticket?
The minimum for golden tickets is 24 of the exact same ticket. If you only need 1 ticket, you will order the minimum and we can insert only 1 in the candy bars and leave out the ones you don't need. You can make a note in the special instructions box on your order how many to insert.
Can I have the tickets numbered?
We can leave a blank space on the tickets if you want to hand write numbers. We currently don't offer printed sequential numbers on the golden tickets.
Can I choose a different font style, change the font color, or use a different graphic from another candy wrapper?
YES! Click here to see available font styles, font colors and additional graphics. There are many font styles and colors to choose from. Coordinate your wrapper to your match your wedding colors, birthday party theme, baby shower colors, bridal shower theme, or create your own personalized wrapper.
Can I change the colors of the graphics on the wrapper?
YES! Most of our graphic and wrapper colors can be changed. Click here to see some of our color choices. Please put your color request in the special instructions box on the order form online. We will email you a preview for your approval before the final printing of your order.
Can you match my party colors perfectly?
We can match your party colors to your favors if you mail us a sample of your invitation, ribbon, fabric swatch, napkin, etc. There is no charge for this color match service. Every monitor and printer will produce different colors so mail us your sample color for best color matching results.
Can I add a photo to my wrapper?
YES! We can add a photo to any of the regular size wrappers, miniature wrappers or Jumbo Hershey wrappers. Add your logo to a miniature wrapper and make a great business card. Add a photo or logo to any wrapper for FREE. Photo or Logos can also be added to Magnets, cards, stickers, or most of our products.

Can I design my own wrapper with different graphics or my own idea or layout?
YES! You can choose any graphics from the web site at no additional charge. We have thousands of additional graphics if you are looking for a specific theme or graphic. If you don't see what you're looking for, we'll be happy to design something for you. Just send us an email.
Can I mix the front and back of the wrappers?
YES! You can create your own special wrapper by mixing the front of one wrapper with the back of another. When you order, put in the special instructions box which wrapper front and back you want. There is no additional charge for this option.
Can I change the wording on the back of the wrapper?
Yes, we can change the wording on the back of any wrapper. Just put your wording in the special instructions box on the order form. We will email you a preview before the final printing of your wrapper.
How do you ship chocolate during the summer?
Between June 1st - September 30th we ship all chocolate in a thermal bag with an ice pack.
We only ship chocolate on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during these months to reduce the risk of melting over the weekend. If your order needs to be shipped on Thursday or Friday we will not be responsible if the chocolate sits at the Post Office or Fedex over the weekend. Please allow plenty of time when ordering chocolate during these summer months or consider ordering the wrappers and foil only and buying your candy bars locally. We provide excellent wrapping instructions with pictures for wrapping your candy bars with the foil and your wrapper. We do not ship any candy products outside of the USA.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE for most orders over $75 for USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground shipping within the USA. FedEx 2 day and FedEx Overnight shipping is available to USA only. We ship USPS International Priority Mail to Mexico and Australia is an additional charge starting at $26.95 for wrappers only.
We will ship USPS Global Priority to some Countries (Canada, Australia, Mexico, etc) but cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date because the Postal Service is out of our control once it ships. Customs clearance processing times are different from country to country so we cannot guarantee a delivery time. All delivery times are approximates.
How will my order be shipped with the "Free Shipping" option?
We normally use USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days for shipping. We only ship FedEx Ground between October - May if you order over 240 full size candy bars and if your weather is under 70 degrees. Free Shipping is only available within USA.
Can I pick up my order?
YES! Our office is located at Candy Wrapper Store, 240 E Rock Way, Shelton, WA 98584. When you order online, choose "Pick Up Order" as the shipping type. Please allow 1 week for designing, proof, and production. Call 1-800-291-8934 with any questions.
How much do you charge for shipping to other countries?
We ship wrappers only and stickers to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Ireland, UK, Hong Kong, Belgium, China, Japan, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Bahamas and Costa Rica starting at $33.60 for Flat Rate USPS Envelope (tracking included).
Shipping to Canada is USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 day shipping). Wrappers Only shipping start at $25.85 for Flat Rate USPS Envelope (tracking included).
Shipping to Mexico is USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 day shipping). Wrappers Only shipping start at $32.20 for Flat Rate USPS Envelope (tracking included).
Shipping to Australia, Ireland, UK, Hong Kong, Belgium, China, Japan, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Bahamas and Costa Rica is USPS International Priority Mail. Wrappers Only shipping start at $35.25 for Flat Rate USPS Envelope (tracking included).
Can I cancel my order?
There is a $20 design fee for cancelled orders after the preview has been designed and emailed to you for proofing. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order without any design fees IF your order has not been designed. Rush Fees cannot be refunded as your order goes into processing immediately after the order has been placed.
What is your return / refund policy?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
