We were prepping for Employee appreciation week and decided these candy bars would be a great treat! I needed them 10 days from when I placed the order. There was no indication on the product or website that this order took a long time to fill. At check out the shipping selections were 5-7 days, 2 days or overnight. Since I had 10 days I selected the 5-7 day option and noted, where asked, when my product needed to be delivered. I later got a phone call four days after I had placed the order, and with no time left to have a back-up plan, that the product takes 5 plus days to fill and additional 7-10 days to ship, therefore the only way to get my product on time was to pay an additional $70 in shipping. Thankfully the product was well done and our employees appreciated the gesture. I highly recommend updating your website so that you can set the right expectations. I paid as much for shipping as I did for the candy bar- not good business.
