Please allow 2 weeks to receive your personalized order. For example: orders placed on Monday are scheduled to ship the following Tuesday. Please allow another 3-4 days for shipping, unless Express Mail or Rush Order is requested.
We can only guarantee delivery of personalized orders within 2 weeks for orders with RUSH ORDER charge and FEDEX EXPRESS MAIL 1 or 2 day shipping.

The following tips are important to achieve a high quality picture.
1) Choose a photo that is well lit and close up.
(too much background can result in a blurry picture after it has been cropped).
2) Scan your photo at 150 to 300 dpi.
3) Save your photo as jpg, gif, tif.
4) Do not crop your photo. We will crop for best results.

If you mail your photo, we will scan your photo and return it in original condition with your order.
