What is your return policy?

If there is a problem with your order please let us know. We will try to help any way we can.

We can accept returns for:

  • Foil only orders
  • Non-personalized and non-candy items
  • Items delivered damaged due to Post Office mishandling
  • We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized products
  • Melted chocolate
  • Orders delivered late due to Post Office delay

  • Please email within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
